Arcade Fire Surprise Concert in Haiti
The Grammy winning Arcade Fire performed a surprise show at a hotel in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti, playing mostly covers ranging from Creedence Clearwater Revival’s “Who’ll Stop the Rain” to Cyndi Lauper’s “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun.” You can see more pictures from the show here.

Brick + Mortar
Brick + Mortar is a great band who you must check out. You find out more about them on their website, and download their EP off iTunes. I listed their EP 7 Years in the Mystic Room as one of my favorite records of 2010 and it is totally worth sitting down and listening to. Here’s a great review of their live show by the Star Ledger.

Hey so check me out! I’ve taken up cooking. I still live with my mom and stepdad, along with my brother and my darling little niece. My mom works full time and doesn’t have much time to do anything except for work and take care of my niece. SO, I have taken the job over!
